With a unique blend of professional educational qualifications and expertise in engineering, human resources & sports sciences with key leadership roles in both public and private sectors. Since 2022 has Suresh explored possibility to help busy professionals by online coaching to assist in co-creating their physical and mental health transformation journeys using scientific methods.
His coaching approach integrates modern fitness techniques with FLOW model, holistic wellness practices like yoga and meditation, all tailored to align with lifestyles of busy professionals over 40 years. Each personalized program is built based on coaching dialogues, understanding clients, and reaching sustainable goals designed to deliver at least ten to twenty percent progression in clients’ fitness and wellness outcomes.
